Krista Leigh Wallace

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our beloved Krista. She completed her Earth’s Journey surrounded by her loving family on Sunday, December 1, 2024 at the age of 45 ending her courageous battle with cancer. She fought to the end…

Born in Dieppe, she was the daughter of Sandra (Roy) and Bob Wallace.

She will be sadly missed and forever Loved and Remembered by her 3 children, Tristan, Kaleb and Deklan, her brother Jeff, her sister Kim, nephews Adam (Krystal) and Nicholas (Rachael), great nieces and nephews, as well as many aunts, uncles and cousins.

Graduate of Harrison Trimble High School, Bishop’s University and HR course at NBCC.

Worked for the Federal Government for 22 years in HR and worked her way up to her last position as Director/Business Partner for Public Services and Procurement Canada.

Growing up, she loved Artistic Gymnastics. She started competitively at the age of 5 and finished her gymnastic competition year representing New Brunswick at Nationals in Calgary in grade 9.

Spending time with her 3 boys was very important to her. She was a big supporter with their sports, outdoor activities and family nights.

Krista was a free spirit with her door always open to new adventures and the opportunity of the world to expose itself to her, Crossfit, Paddle Boarding, Cycling, Salmon Fishing, Hiking and Camping along with her passion for travelling.

We would like to mention a few people that were Special to her: DJ Laflamme, Denise Laflamme, Christine Robichaud and Nickie Fahie.

A Thank You goes out to all Family and Friends who supported her through her difficult times. Your support meant everything to her! A Special Thank You to Amanda Rondeau who Krista called her Angel.

She was a shining light in our lives and will forever be remembered for her kindness and compassion.

A tribute to
KristA
